These principles of personal data protection shall instruct you about methods, with which we collect, use and protect information, which you can provide to us through these Internet pages (hereinafter “web”). Before filling in any details within this web, please read carefully the principles of personal data protection. This page is intended for inhabitants of the Czech Republic.

Information that You Provide

Passive Collection of Information

Cookie is information, which the Internet pages send to your browser and through which they remember information about you and your preferences. 

“Relational” cookies are temporary information, which is deleted as soon as you leave your browser or switch off your computer. Internet page can use the Internet protocol (IP) addresses. IP address is a number, which was assigned to your computer by your Internet connection provider so that you can connect to Internet and the IP address is usually considered an information, based on which the specific person cannot be identified, as in most cases the IP address is dynamic (it changes with every connection to Internet) and not a static one (unique for the computer of specific user) IP address can be used to detect a problem on our server, to provide statement of aggregated information, to define the fastest route through which your computer can log to our pages and to administer and improve our web pages.

“Internet flags” (also called single-pixel GIFs, visible GIFs, invisible GIFs and GIF 1:1) are smaller than cookies and they inform the Internet pages server about details such as the IP address and the type of browser, which is used by the visitor’s computer. The flags show how many times the page was opened and which information was requested.

“Navigation data” (“log files”, “server logs” and details on selection of individual options – the so-called “clickstream”) are used for system management, for improvement of the pages content, for market surveys and for communicating information to the visitors.

Utilising and Communicating Information

Unless stated otherwise we can utilise information gathered by means of this web for improvement of the web content, for adapting the content to your preferences, to communicate information to you (in case you request it), for our marketing and research purposes as well as for other defined purposes. • (ii) In relation with sale, transfer or other reassignment of business activities of these pages, whereas in such case we will require any assignee to pledge that they will handle the information in accordance with these principles of privacy protection and that use them for the same purposes; or
• (iii) In response to requirements of investigative, prosecuting and adjudicating bodies, or in case when such information is required by the relevant law, judicial order or government decree.

Collection, utilisation and communication of information to which these principles of personal data protection apply, can contain transfer of such information to jurisdictions that are outside the country of your permanent residence and which can have different laws and regulations in the area of personally identifiable information. In such cases you will be asked to express your consent with such transfers and disclosure of information in compliance with these principles of privacy protection.

In order to make the personally identifiable information provided through this web precise, up-to-date and complete, please contact us as described below and we will take the necessary step to correct, update such information or delete you completely from our list of contacts.
