Privacy policy
These principles of personal data protection shall instruct you about methods, with which we collect, use and protect information, which you can provide to us through these Internet pages (hereinafter “web”). Before filling in any details within this web, please read carefully the principles of personal data protection. This page is intended for inhabitants of the Czech Republic.
Your Agreement
By using this page you agree with the principles of personal data protection. If you provide any information through this web page, you fully agree with the collection, usage, disclosure and other ways of processing the information in compliance with these principles of personal data protection and the valid legal order of the Czech Republic.
Information that You Provide
In some areas of this web you can be asked for entering personally identifiable information, so that you can use some advantages (for example sending news, self-service) or participate in different events (for example contests and promotional events). You will be notified which details are mandatory and which are not.
Passive Collection of Information
During your navigation on these pages certain anonymous information might be collected passively (i.e. without your active information disclosure) by means of different technologies, such as cookies, Internet flags or web labels, and through gathering of the navigation data (log files, server logs, clickstreams). Some of such anonymous information, e.g. URL of the web page, from which you have just come, address based on the Internet protocol (IP address) and version of the browser, which is currently used by your computer, are automatically sent to our web pages by your Internet browser. These pages can collect anonymous information from your computer also through cookies and Internet marks or web labels. You can set up your browser so that it will inform you about sending a cookie, or to reject cookies completely, however some features of these pages might not function without the cookies.
These pages can utilise and combine such passively collected information in order to provide better services to the visitors of these pages, to modify these pages in order to suit your preferences, to create and analyse statistics and trends and to administer and further improve these pages. For more information on cookies and other above-stated passive methods of monitoring please refer to the lines below.
Cookie is information, which the Internet pages send to your browser and through which they remember information about you and your preferences.
“Relational” cookies are temporary information, which is deleted as soon as you leave your browser or switch off your computer. Relational cookies are used for improving navigation on Internet pages, blocking access for certain users, who should not have such access (the page “remembers” the previous entry of customer number, consumption, etc. that did not match the required parameters) and for gathering aggregated statistic information.
“Permanent” cookies are information of a permanent nature that will remain stored on the hard disk of your computer, unless you delete it. In your computer the permanent cookies store information, which serve many purposes, such as searching for certain information that were provided earlier (e.g. password), defining topics that the visitors to the web pages prefer, and modification of the web page based on such preferences. Permanent cookies, which the web places on your computer can contain personally identifiable information, however only if you are registered or by means of a different method with which you granted your agreement with collecting personally identifiable information provided through this web. In other cases our web page server will register only the fact that an unidentifiable visitor with your cookie has again logged to the web page.
You can set up your browser so that it will accept the cookies, reject them, or notify you whenever there is an option to save the cookies so that you can decide whether you will allow or prohibit such cookie. For more information about cookies please refer to the Help section of your web browser.
Internet page can use the Internet protocol (IP) addresses. IP address is a number, which was assigned to your computer by your Internet connection provider so that you can connect to Internet and the IP address is usually considered an information, based on which the specific person cannot be identified, as in most cases the IP address is dynamic (it changes with every connection to Internet) and not a static one (unique for the computer of specific user) IP address can be used to detect a problem on our server, to provide statement of aggregated information, to define the fastest route through which your computer can log to our pages and to administer and improve our web pages.
“Internet flags” (also called single-pixel GIFs, visible GIFs, invisible GIFs and GIF 1:1) are smaller than cookies and they inform the Internet pages server about details such as the IP address and the type of browser, which is used by the visitor’s computer. The flags show how many times the page was opened and which information was requested.
“Navigation data” (“log files”, “server logs” and details on selection of individual options – the so-called “clickstream”) are used for system management, for improvement of the pages content, for market surveys and for communicating information to the visitors.
