Web accessibility
Standards
This web was created whilst striving for maximum accessibility of its content for all Internet users, not excluding sight-impaired citizens.
The web was implemented in compliance with:
- Guidance notes of the Informatics Ministry of the Czech Republic (“Best practice – rules for creation of an accessible web” of 25.8.2004),
- WCAG Standards 1.0(Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0) of 5.5.1999, with emphasis on satisfying the highest priority rules
- Guidance notes of the “Blind Friendly Web” project of the United Organisation of Blind and Weak-sighted in the Czech Republic of 4.2.2004.
Sight-impaired citizens have can use the text version of the web, which is suitable for reading the web by special reading devices. At the same time it is possible to change the set-up of letter size (by means of standard set-up of web browser).
Technical solution of the web complies with the HTML 4.01 Transitional standard. Visual aspect is designed by the CSS 2 cascade styles.

In order to allow for easy identification of the potential problem, please do not omit the following details in your report:

- Type and version of the operating system in your computer (if you discovered the problem when loading the web on your computer),
