Dear customers,

from 27. 2. to 3. 5. 2026, the customer center in Vladimírova street will be closed due to reconstruction.

During this time, we will be happy to help you with anything at our Adria customer center (Jungmannova 31, Prague 1).

 What to bring with you

When making a personal visit you need to bring with you proof of identity (identity card or passport). If you act on behalf of a third party, please remember to bring an original of the power of attorney (it does not have to be certified by a notary).

If you are not a citizen of the European Union or a citizen of a country that belongs to the Schengen Area, you will need a property ownership document to conclude an agreement or the presence of a guarantor (citizen of the Czech Republic).
