Call-Centre is a specialised unit, which provides for clearing of telephone enquiries, requests, complaints and at the same time it carries out selected services. Every impulse you bring in will be automatically recorded, and this will contribute to precise solving of your matter. In addition to telephone communication you can contact us also by fax or electronic mail.

The scope of services, which we can offer to you over the telephone, is based on our effort to find a sound compromise between the maximum of provided services and the valid legislation as well as personal data protection. Therefore unfortunately, not all services, which PRE provides to its customers, can be handled immediately and via telephone.
