• Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director.
• Graduate of the Faculty of  Electrical  Engineering ČVUT – Czech Technical University in Prague.
• He has been working in the energy sector since 1970. Chairman of the Board of Directors of subsidiary  PREleas, a.s., Member of ČSZE Board of Directors.

Pavel Elis (born 1965)

• Member of the Board of Directors and Director of the Trading and Services Division
• Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering ČVUT – Czech Technical University in Prague.
• He has been working in the energy sector since 1989; in 2004 he graduated from the Prague International Business School. Member of the Board of Directors of subsidiary PREleas, a.s., and Member of the Supervisory Board of PREdistribuce, a.s.

Uwe Benkendorff (born 1963)

• Member of the Board of Directors and Director of the Sale and Strategy Division.
• Graduate of Hannover University, Germany, awarded degree of Economics Engineer.
• He worked for 4 years as the Tax Department Manager in PreussenElektra AG.
• In 1999 he started to work in EnBWGroup (first as a Project Manager, later as Manager of the Industrial Customers Department). Member of  the Board of Directors of PRE-H a.s. and PREměření, a.s.

Milan Jančík (born 1959)

• Member of the Board of Directors.
• Graduate of the Conservatoire, member of the State Opera, private manager. In 1998–2002 he was the Deputy Mayor of Prague 5. Since 2002 he has been the Mayor of this Prague district. Member of the Municipal Authority of the City of Prague.
• Member of the “Život umělce” Foundation Board, chairman of the Brasil & Bohemia Group, a.s. Board of Directors, AndreaCe, s.r.o. – executive, Jančík & syn, s.r.o. – executive, Member of the Supervisory Board Čermák, a. s.; Vice Chairman of the  TCP-Vidoule, a. s., Board of Directors.
