PREdistribuce, a. s.

The company was founded on 7 September 2005; the registered capital is CZK 2 million. As of 1 January 2006 PREdistribuce became the ERU license holder for the distribution of electricity on the territory of Prague and Roztoky u Prahy.
It involves all the processes and activities connected with the development and renovation of network activities, connection of new customers, network operating, maintenance and repairs on the licensed territory.

PREměření, a. s.

The company was founded in 1998; the registered capital is CZK 35 million. The company main business activities are production, installation and repair of electric machines and devices, repair and installation of metering devices, operation of the state metrology centre for verification of metering devices, purchase of goods for further re-sale and sale, organisation of training and qualification courses. On 24 October 2003 the business subject of the entity was expanded to assembly, repair, inspection and testing of selected electrical equipment.

PREleas, a. s.

The company was founded in 1996; its registered capital is CZK 10 million. Its main business activities are the leasing and renting of technology and technological units. Leasing activities of the company are focused only on members of the PRE group; its business plan is not to enter the leasing market. The company also makes use of leaseback when performing its business activities.
