Troubleshooting: If the PDF document does not open

If you click with the mouse on the file with the  icon and the empty page is displayed, go one step back. Click on the right mouse button at the selected application, select option “Uložit cíl jako – Save target as”, download the document and save it. Document can be then printed from this saved file at any time. 

If you open PDF files more frequently and the above-mentioned problem occurs more frequently, we recommend changing the Acrobat Reader set-up so that it does not open the PDF files in the browser. Start up Acrobat Reader, press Ctrl+K and select item “Internet, or Options (version 5.x) in the “Pre-selection” window. In this section you shall then mark the option “Display PDF in the browser” and press the OK button. From that moment, at every opening of PDF file you will receive an offer for saving the PDF file and its subsequent opening in Acrobat Reader.
